Who we are

Keizoku Studio (Keizoku UGC) is a trade name of Tucreate, based in Delft, the Netherlands. KvK 73817554. The full business address appears on every invoice and is available on request. Contact: keizoku.studio.official@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Sample request form: brand name, work email, product page URL, niche, package interest and optional notes. Used only to reply, make your sample video and, if you order, deliver the work. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Email correspondence: whatever you send us, used to handle your request and orders.
  • No tracking: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Your language choice (EN/NL) is stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.

Where your data lives

  • Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and forwarded to our mailbox.
  • Email runs on Gmail. Payments run through Mollie; we never see your card or bank details.

How long we keep it

Lead and correspondence data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Client and invoice data: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection: email keizoku.studio.official@gmail.com, reply within 30 days. Complaints: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

AI-generated content

Our videos feature AI-generated creators, never real persons, and every video is labeled as AI-generated. Product photos you send are used only to produce your videos.
