Terms for Keizoku UGC packages

Last updated: 5 August 2026 · These terms apply to the UGC video packages on this site and supplement the general terms of Keizoku Studio (a trade name of Tucreate, KvK 73817554, Delft NL), available on request.

1. Ordering and payment

  • Prices are fixed as shown on this site. As long as Keizoku Studio operates under the Dutch small business scheme (KOR), no VAT is charged; your invoice states this. For EU business clients outside the Netherlands, VAT is reverse-charged (art. 44 & 196 EU VAT Directive); for non-EU clients, services fall outside the scope of EU VAT. Keizoku UGC supplies to businesses only; by ordering you confirm you act in the course of a business.
  • Packages are paid in advance via a secure Mollie payment link (iDEAL or card), always in euros. Production starts after script approval and payment are both received.

2. Delivery and the 48-hour guarantee

The clock: delivery within 48 hours counted in business days, Amsterdam time (CET/CEST). Approval and payment received before 17:00 on a business day means delivery within two business days.

Exception, the Testing pack (€690): because of its volume, this pack has a delivery term of 5 business days instead of 48 hours. The late guarantee below applies to that 5 business day term.

Late? That video is free: the price of the late video is refunded or deducted.

First Starter pack (€249) money-back: if after your included revision rounds you are still not satisfied with your first Starter pack, you get your money back. This deviates, in your favor, from the no-refund rule in our general terms and applies once per brand, to the first Starter pack only.

Delays caused by missing input from you (product photos, feedback, approvals) pause the clock.

3. Revisions

  • Single video: 1 revision round. Starter pack: 2 revision rounds. Testing pack: revisions per the agreed matrix.
  • Extra revisions or changes outside the original brief are quoted in advance at €75 per hour.

4. Usage rights

  • After full payment you receive full usage rights to the delivered videos, for organic and paid use, worldwide, without time limit.
  • Keizoku Studio may show delivered work in its portfolio and on its own channels, unless you ask us not to.

5. AI content and labeling

  • All videos feature AI-generated creators and are delivered with the required AI label (EU AI Act art. 50, platform AIGC rules). You agree to keep this label intact when publishing.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of product claims you ask us to include.

6. Liability and law

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. We are not liable for the performance of ads or content on any platform. Dutch law applies; disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
